How to Use the Audit Log

The Audit Log allows you to track changes across key entities in Uniqodo, showing what changed, who made the change, and when it happened. This helps with transparency, accountability, and troubleshooting.

Accessing the Audit Log

  1. Go to the Admin menu in the platform.

  2. Select Audit Log.

You will now see a table listing all tracked changes.

Understanding the Table

The table includes the following columns:

  • Date: The date and time when the change occurred.

  • User: The person who made the change.

  • Entity: The object that was changed (e.g., Promotion, User, Tag).

  • Field: The specific field that was modified.

  • Change: Click this link to open a side drawer with detailed information about the change, including old and new values.

Filters

Use the filters at the top of the page to drill down and find specific events:

  • Start Date / End Date: Show changes within a specific time range.

  • User: Filter by the user who made changes.

  • Entity Type: Filter by the type of entity (Promotion, User, Tag).

  • Entity ID: Filter by a specific entity’s ID.

Entities Tracked

Currently, the Audit Log tracks changes in the following entities:

  • Promotion: Tracks all changes in Main, Code, Reward, Validation, and Redemption settings, as well as attaching/detaching tags.

  • User: Tracks changes in name, email, password, status, deactivation reason, and attached roles.

  • Tag: Tracks changes to the name of tags used in promotions.
