Understanding Code Settings

Code Settings allows you to set up vanity codes and set the number of codes to be generated.

Vanity codes are customised, easy-to-remember promotional codes used in e-commerce to drive sales, improve marketing effectiveness, and enhance brand recall. Unlike randomly generated codes (e.g., XK92PLQ7), vanity codes are human-readable and often align with brand campaigns (e.g., SUMMER20, FREESHIP).

These codes are widely used in:

  • Digital marketing (email, social media, influencer campaigns)

  • Seasonal promotions (Black Friday, holidays)

  • Customer retention strategies (loyalty discounts)

Add any text as a prefix or suffix to all Uniqodo generated unique codes for this promotion. As an example, if you enter the text 'INSTORE' as a prefix, any code for this promotion will start with 'INSTORE' followed by the actual unique code e.g. INSTORE37UXDJKL where '37UXDJKL' is the Uniqodo generated unique code. Vanity codes cannot contain the character '&', '?', '\', '/' or a space.
