Understanding the Promotion Performance Report

Overall Promotion Performance

The headline stats displays metrics for the whole duration of your promotion. If you are looking at a live promotion the headline metrics are refreshed every 15 minutes. 

Redemptions - The count of total redemptions that have been made as part of the promotion

Total Order Value - The sum of all of the orders that have been made as part of the promotion

Engagement Rate - The percentage of codes that were issued and went on to be validated

Conversion Rate - The percentage of discounts that were applied at the basket that went on to be redeemed

Filters

The filters apply to the graph and data table. 

Date Range - Use the from and to date pickers to filter the data shown. Note: You are able to view data that is within the last 90 days

Segmentation - Choose to view your data daily or weekly

Data Type - Choose what data from the table to display in the graph

Data Table

The data table will show the below information by day, week or month based on the segmentation set within the filter.

Issued - For promotions with codes you will be show how many codes were issued 

Applied - The number of unique codes/discounts applied at the basket

Redemptions - The count of codes/discounts that have been used by customers

Total Order Value - The sum of the value of all the orders that have been made

Average Order Value - The average value of all the orders that have been made in the selected segmentation

Total Discount - The sum of the discount given on all the orders that have been made

Average Discount - The average of the discount given on all the orders that have been made

Conversion Rate - The percentage of discounts that were applied at the basket that went on to be redeemed
