Viewing Loyalty Programme Members and Activity

To see the member as the member activity simply navigate to 'Members' in the left hand menu.

Here you will see a list of all of the members of your Loyalty Programme, along with their:

• Enrolment date

• Total Points

• Remaining points

To see the activity of a particular member click the link icon, where you can have a deeper dive in to that members activity, including:

• Total points earned, spent and remaining

• Activity including

  • Points spent or earned

  • Campaign name

  • Transaction Value

  • Expiry Date
